Customer-Supplied Apparel Policy
Customers are welcome to bring their own apparel for custom printing; however, an additional upcharge will apply based on the category of the garment. This fee accounts for the extra handling, preparation, and quality assurance required to work with outside materials. Please note that we cannot guarantee print quality or durability on customer-supplied items, as these factors may vary depending on fabric composition and condition. All items must be clean and free of defects prior to submission.

Printing Overage Requirement
To ensure successful completion of orders, customers providing their own apparel are required to supply a 10% overage (minimum of 1 extra piece per size) to cover potential printing errors. Any unused items will be returned with the completed order. This policy helps minimize delays and ensures order accuracy while maintaining our commitment to quality.

Minimum Order Quantity
Orders that include customer-supplied apparel must meet a minimum order quantity of 10 pieces. This requirement helps streamline production and maintain efficiency while ensuring we can deliver the highest quality results for every project.
